There are many places to eat in North Bay, but it will be a busy week-end. We highly recommend that teams (particularly larger teams) make restaurant reservations for team dinners, or arrangements for take-out/pick up. As well, there are a number of grocery stores in close proximity to Nipissing University, and near a number of the hotels. Below, please find a link to a list of some restaurants in North Bay. Other options may be found by doing a Google search.

Everyone is encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle. Nipissing has water bottle filling stations throughout the venue, and we want everyone to stay healthy and hydrated.

Load out will start after the Competition on Sunday, a portion of Lot 4 immediately in front of the Surtees Centre, is reserved for teams to park one vehicle per team, such as a bus or truck and trailer. This will allow teams to load out throughout the day as they see fit. Additional buses and trailers must remain in lot 9, and other vehicles in the assigned lots. As with load-in, a driver must remain with any vehicle parked on the road in front of the Surtees Centre.
